We have blocked a number of rooms in the hotels mentioned below especially for ECVP. Conference attendees can book the rooms themselves, using the reservation code or reservation form mentioned on this website. Rooms will remain reserved for ECVP 2008 attendees at these rates until the end of May 2008. After that date different rates may apply.

There are a number of options if you want to stay in Utrecht on a smaller budget, we have listed some of the larger ones below. Rooms in these hostels are not especially reserved for ECVP, but we have been assured that there will be plenty of room available if you book between March and May 2008, as most of their usual guests are last minute bookings.

University Dorm Room or comparable accommodation:
In addition to these hostels we can mediate in finding in an university student dorm room, or a comparable accommodation. Due to room shortage in Utrecht, we can only offer this possibility to ECVP participants that qualify for student registration. Such rooms will vary in location and price range. If you would like us to mediate in finding such a dorm room, please send an email to housing@ECVP2008.org before the early registration deadline (april 15th). In this email state clearly your name, your arrival date, the number of nights you would like to rent the room, and your approximate budget.
We will then try to find a match, and make you an offer for a room, which you then will have to accept or decline within two weeks after abstract notification.
